Staff cannot administer medications to students except in an emergency.
The directors reserve the right, at their discretion, to withdraw any camper from camp whose behavior is unsafe or in violation of BeSTEM! Summer Camp policies.
All campers are expected to participate in the complete camp program and follow the directions of camp staff.
In the event that I cannot be reached in an EMERGENCY, I give permission to the staff of BeSTEM! Summer Camp to call 911 and authorize any medical treatment deemed necessary by medical professionals. I bear sole responsibility for all medical cost.
I give BeSTEM! Summer Camp permission to reproduce and publish any photo, picture, video or likeness of the camper for instructional, promotional and business purposes.
BeSTEM! Summer Camp reserves the right to amend these terms as needed for the effective functioning of a summer camp and will provide notice via email to the primary contact of any changes to these terms. It will be inferred that you continue to agree to these terms should the camper continue to attend BeSTEM! Summer Camp.
All camp rules and policies will be in effect during Morning Care and After Care.
Campers will have a wide array of board games, card games, and other fun activities to pass the time. They will not work on camp projects during Morning Care or After Care.
Morning Care
BeSTEM! Summer Camp offers Morning Care from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM at a flat rate of $50. This covers the entire week and cannot be adjusted or prorated.
Any camper dropped off before 8:30 AM will automatically be enrolled in Morning Care and an invoice will be sent to the primary contact.
Dismissal & After Care
Dismissal is from 4 PM to 4:15 PM
After Care is from 4:15 PM to 6 PM at a flat rate of $100. This covers the entire week and cannot be adjusted or prorated.
Any camper that remains on the premise as of 4:15 PM will be automatically enrolled in After Care and an invoice will be sent to the primary contact.
All campers must be picked up by 6 PM. Notifications to the primary contact will be sent at 5:45 PM. Notifications to the emergency contact will be sent at 6 PM.
Both primary contact and emergency contact are assumed to be authorized adults in regards to pick up.
